Artist Statement: The work in my portfolio reflects my lifestyle. I enjoy nature and believe that nature inspires a lot of my art. My process starts off with a potential idea and from there grows into motivation to make art. As my idea develops I think of ways I could bring it to life through materials I have at home. Some of my favorite medias include acrylic paint and photography which are both showcased in my portfolio. I want my art to reflect that even though nature can be seen as boring or cliche, there are endless possibilities of creating art that reflects how I see nature.
