Welcome to AAP Culinary! In this Spring Showcase, students in AAP Culinary were asked to create a dish that tells the story of who they are, where they came from or a recipe that means something to them. For our Winter Showcase, we collaboratively did a video of four recipes in groups, for the Spring Showcase, each student made their own video to accompany their recipe. While this year has been a challenge, these students have risen to it with grace and perseverance. We welcome you into our kitchens and we hope you enjoy our dishes and stories. Bon appetit.
