Rotoscoping Poetry [Spring 2021]

Second-year students researched poetry to find a poem that spoke to them. After poems were chosen, each student filmed someone reading the poem on camera. The footage was then broken down to the desired fps, and imported into a program to Rotoscope. What is Rotoscoping? Rotoscoping is an animation technique that animators use to trace over pre-recorded footage, frame by frame, to produce ultra-realistic actions and movement.
