Artist Statement: My inquiry is ¨ the monument ¨ and ¨ rare emotion ¨, a this specific question comes to mind; how trauma has affected me mentally and will I ever overcome it? I am a process of relieving my trauma. To get back into the moment I start to think small and easy on the soul. I think where it happened, how it happened, and most importantly why or why it happened. In these specific pisces the theme is trama. For example, in the first piece its named scars. And in it the first thing that catches your eye should be the figurer in the middle. Its called scars because of how I lived though the painting. With many of the mistakes this painting has it shows the scars of my life too. To follow up with the theme of trauma we have painting 2, the release, it was a time where I wanted to break the world and release my soul in other words stress will buildup. You will feel it do so. Now painting painting number 3, one head with three faces, two of them being calm and wise while the one in the middle is torn apart, I see this as forced confession. All three of my pieces are a transition of my trama, with the colors, shapes and even how simper they look. Or in this cause traumatic and broken. This is me.
