Artist Statement: I titled this, “Jellyflower.” I made this piece of art because my favorite animal is a jellyfish. The flowers inside of the jellyfish represent their cnidocytes. The flowers inside are my favorite flowers: daisies, sunflowers, and verbenas. In all, I made a piece where I use both my favorite animal and flowers and combined them.
