Artist Statement:
For this project students started off by talking about the effects of pollution in their neighborhood of Little Village. They collected recycled materials such as plastic and cardboard to utilize to create their projects. They then chose a place in their community that they wanted to highlight (locally owned businesses, parks, etc).
