Artist Statement:

My work explores the intersection of identity, emotion, and the subconscious, using bold
contrasts, organic forms, and intricate patterns to connect inner worlds. Through a combination of symbolism, and surrealist elements, I seek to capture the complexity of human experience—both the seen and the unseen.
In my portraits, I experiment with color, texture, and movement to disrupt the traditional idea of a static image. The swirling lines and oral elements represent the utility of self-perception and the way external sources shape who we are. By incorporating mixed media techniques, I aim to blur the boundary between the subject and their surroundings, emphasizing the deep connection between the individual and their environment.
My other works delve into the abstract mindscape, where thoughts, memories, and emotions
manifest as symbolic imagery. The fusion of organic and surreal elements—such as jellyfish,
flowers, and oversized eyes—illustrates the coexistence of nature, technology, and personal
introspection. Words and patterns weave into the composition, reinforcing themes of love,
connection, and the subconscious dialogue that shapes our reality.
Ultimately, my art is a reaction of internal narratives—both personal and universal. I invite the viewer to pause, explore, and interpret their own emotions through the lens of my work, and the meaning in the details that speak to them.
