Artist Statement:
“Snowy Day,” was created using only oil paints. It was inspired by the Texas winter storm, which caused a massive power grid failure, leaving millions of Texans without electricity. With people trapped at home and unable to leave, I decided to name the piece “Snowy Day” to capture the essence of the storm.
