Artist Statement:
This Photo was taken in Ireland at my family home on the farm. The stark contrast between the bright green grass and the scrap metal and harsher farming tools was interesting, and very home-y to me , as I would spend a lot of time running around the farm and in the grass with my cousins when I was younger. I thought that it would make an interesting photo because of that, because even though it doesn’t look like a place where children would play, it holds so many fond and playful memories for me and my family.
