Artist Statement: My painting was like the sunset, it brightens my day. It was the best painting I’ve ever made. Why I chose the sun to be yellow and orange is because the orange really pops out to me and I really like that. I picked flowers because I think not a lot of people picked flowers. Something I didn’t like about it is the white spaces in between the hills. But the sun was very good with spaces of color.
