Description: My piece doesn’t have a very clear meaning or message. I’ve tried doing more realistic pieces and have been really inspired by Renaissance art and the realism and detail in old paintings. I wanted to try to do realism since it’s outside my normal comfort zone. A lot of paintings I see tend to have not much emotion because the subjects tend to pose, but I think showing emotion and using imagination is a nice spin on it.
