Artist Statement: I made this piece as a gift for my mother because I could not go to the store because of the virus. Instead I relied on my artistic skills in order to try and show my appreciation to my mother. This piece is a reminder of my mother because whenever I think of flowers, I think of my mother. What I am trying to tell my audience is that I appreciate my mom enough to try my hardest to show as much detail to try to show my appreciation to my mom and her being here for me.
