Artist Statement: My artwork is supposed to show Amelia Earhart in an airplane. First, I started by making the face form. Then made the goggles and started making the face features. After that I made the clothes. Then started making the airplane and the background. What inspired me was an image that had Amelia Earhart on a plane and that’s when I got the idea for my artwork. The eyes were a challenge because I could not do mini circles so in the end I had to make triangles as the pupils. It did come out how I wanted it but it would have been better if I could have made the airplane bigger.
