Artist Statement: My piece is untitled. I recreated this image because it really stood out to me as to how it is sorta simple put portrays the emotion of the woman very well. The piece shows me contempt and an almost distrusting look from the main woman and with current events going on I can relate to the distrust and loss represented in this piece.
